This is the single best upgrade I have ever made to any laptop.

Since I do quite a bit of number crunching on the road I either need to lug around a full size keyboard, spend extra bucks on a much-too-big laptop, or use this nifty little keypad.

My only wish is that the keys had a bit more resistance to them, otherwise the keypad is just perfect.

To be fair, this got the job done faster than my laptop, but I found the lack of definition to the keys frustrating because I had to keep checking where my fingers were, and the placement of certain keys was not as comfortable as some computers I've used for the type of data entry I needed to do.

I only bought this one because there were no other options at the Staples I went to.

Also, the backspace key deleted two characters instead of one...I could not find any setup options to address my problem and it took some time to adjust to.

          This was the perfect addition to a laptop that did not have a keypad. I volunteer to do tax returns for low-income and elderly people. Having the Targus numeric keypad helped me enter data at a much faster rate because I am not that proficient in using the numeric keys at the top of the keyboard.

                This is a desk top item. However, you can affix it to a wall using a double-sided padding tape. The tape holds 2lbs if you laid down one strip. The pad's shipping weight is 7.8 ounces.
