This is the single best upgrade I have ever made to any laptop.

Since I do quite a bit of number crunching on the road I either need to lug around a full size keyboard, spend extra bucks on a much-too-big laptop, or use this nifty little keypad.

My only wish is that the keys had a bit more resistance to them, otherwise the keypad is just perfect.

To be fair, this got the job done faster than my laptop, but I found the lack of definition to the keys frustrating because I had to keep checking where my fingers were, and the placement of certain keys was not as comfortable as some computers I've used for the type of data entry I needed to do.

I only bought this one because there were no other options at the Staples I went to.

Also, the backspace key deleted two characters instead of one...I could not find any setup options to address my problem and it took some time to adjust to.

I need a good number pad to add to my laptop and this fits the bill. Super easy to install and works great. The keys are raised enough that I can ten-key by touch with ease. I like that I can move it is portable so I can take it with me or move it around on the desk to suit any application. It doesn't have the sturdy feel of a desk adding machine, but not too bad all in all.
