    The flap on the edge that is used to side the tablet in does not stay tucked in. Needs to be modified. Otherwise this would be a good budget cover for the iPad.

      I purchased this for a new iPad 3 and found it does not fit well. It seems to be a bit too small. But I needed a case for an upcoming trip, so I kept it until I could buy something better.

        I pick this up for the style and thinness and for that it's a great cover but it has some fatal flaws first and formost the smart cover magnets that are supposed to to the iPad on and off don't. Big fail here. Two when positioned as a viewing stand it feels flimsy and is easy to tip over. The stylus holder is a nice tough but if you try to leave the stylus attached while using the stand it gets in the way...

        Basically though if the smart cover magnets worked I'd give it 3 or even 4 stars... but as it is now I am shopping for another cover.
