I've owned other similar products before and this one is by far the flimsiest of them all. The extra wheel is supposed to improve stability but it doesn't make up for the fact the rest of the product is of fairly low quality. The wheels don't move well even on a hard surface, the surfaces don't stay locked even if you crank down all the way, etc.

    Had to return, not sturdy, plus the pin kept sliping threatening to drop my laptop. I thought I was getting a better product for the price, when it turned out Walmart had one much more stable, atractive, and reliable, for over 50% less, But the customer service was exellent!
