This Desk is great. I love it, serves the purpose needed, and makes my room look better.

What do you expect for the price?

This is what I get for buying online without seeing in person otherwise I wouldn't have purchased it but it was supercheap (I had a [$]discount card). The assembly instructions were fine but assembling the draws took a bit of extra work. One of the problems is the space between the drawer, pull-out section and desk top - the space is so small that you can't really fit a screwdriver in to tighten all the way, but I managed. The biggest problems I have with this desk is the panel over the drawer that slides out. In the photo they show a scanner placed in there. First, my scanner is a bit bigger than the one they show - it fit in the space but with barely enough room. The panel only pulls out about halfway, so you still have to take the scanner out to use it because there's not enough room to open the scanner. The cd holder is super-flimsy - I didn't even bother to install it. The keyboard pull-out is not big enough to hold a keyboard and a mouse (although the photo shows this) which is a bit awkward. It's okay for the price - the description clearly says that it's a "woodgrain finish" and that it has "panels...covered by a vacuumed PVC surface" so expect it to look a bit cheap.

Purchased the desk for my home office. The shelf for the computer is wide enough to handle two desktops. It is lightweight so I intend to treat it respectfully. The contact paper used to cover the MDF is not good for using a mouse directly on the desk, but if you are using a mouse it doesn't matter.

We thought this was an excellent buy for the money. It is extremely well constructed, quality materials, and very solid for its size. The drawers are also well constructed and slide nicely.
If you can read and follow directions, you can put it together.
