When I sat in this model chair in the store for more than a half hour, it seemed comfortable. However, in use, it has proven to be disappointing.
I am continuing to try to make adjustments, but as of this writing, I have not managed to get the kind of back support that I need to work at my computer for extended periods of time. I expected that at this price and with the TempurPedic reputation, I would have a higher level of satisfaction.

This chair is not hard to assemble if you take your time. The instructions that come with the chair could be better. There are no written instructions for assembling the chair, only pictures. Written instructions would have been helpful. Their are written instructions on how to adjust the chair but they could be written more clearly and in larger print. When there was an issue with a broken part the customer service was quick to be helpful. Be aware that the 800 number provided goes to a manufacturer who will transfer you to the correct place.
