Chair is very comfotable to sit in, I like the color of it as well.I am glad I chose to buy this model chair it was worth the cost of it. The chair also arrived at my home faster than I thought it would as well which was also great. It was not hard to asseble either my husband and I assembled it together that same evening. I liked the fact that I could adjust the chair to my comfort as well. That is one of the reasons I chose to buy this Tempur-Pedic chair intead of just a regular chair for my desk. I wanted a chair that I fit and that would be comfortable for my back besides and it look nice at the same time.

I had the store assemble the chair since I am 74 years old. TheY neglected to supply the owner's manual So i have no idea how to adjust it. The adjustable arms are limited to width clearance. I went to the store to get the manual, they said there were no chairs left and tried to download a manual off of the Staples site. Because the chair is not a Staples product they could not download the manual. The personnel at the store were very helpful even though they could not help me with the manual. Since there were no chairs in the store they could not demonstrate the chair functions.

I work at my desk up to 12 hours a day typing, so I wanted a chair that would provide good support. I thought this chair would meet my needs, but the assembly instructions are only PICTURES, with no written instructions, and the diagrams were so small it was hard to decipher the most important part - fitting the back into the seat. I managed to put the chair together but I'm not sure the back is installed correctly, as the levers don't work, and I'm sure if the instructions had been CLEARLY WRITTEN, I wouldn't have wasted 2 HOURS trying to put this thing together, and end up with a chair that you can sit in, but which doesn't have any adjustment functions! If you can buy it assembled, it might be worth the money, but unless you can decipher pictograms, save yourself the aggravation and avoid this chair. It's a shame - Staples chairs are usually super easy to assemble and always had clear directions! Would not waste my time or money buying this chair again!

I had sustained a sports injury working out. I was in constant pain and trying all methods of physical therapy, medications, injections, massage and still had debilitating pain when having to sit at my desk/computer all day. Went in search of and found this Tempur-Pedic chair. It is the most amazing, comfortable, and well padded chair I have ever had along with some very nice lumbar support. I highly recommend.
