I HAVE TRIED A FEW DIFFERENT DRAFTING STOOLS AND THIS ONE IS THE MOST COMFORTABLE. I SIT ON THIS STOOL FOR ABOUT 9 HOURS A DAY AT WORK AND GO HOME WITH ALMOST NO BACK PAIN, COMPARED WITH MY TIME SPENT ON OTHER CHEAPER STOOLS. IT WAS HARD TO SPEND SO MUCH MONEY ON A CHAIR, BUT IT WAS WELL WORTH IT FOR THE LEVEL OF COMFORT AND BACK PAIN RELIEF IT PROVIDES.

Bought the Drafting Chair to use at a Standing Desk for times when my feet get too tired to stand. The seat cushion (memory foam) is very comfortable. The rest of the chair is cheaply made. Arm rests are too skinny at rear and rattle back and forth due to single screw attachment. Back is only adjustable up and down as is seat. Foot rest can not be tightened enough to not turn or slide down when moving from one "cheek" to another in the chair. Again, they used a single screw as a pressure plate to hold the foot rest in place.

This is a high-quality drafting stool. Assembly was quick and easy. I liked the fact that two types of casters were provided, rolling and fixed (I chose the rolling). The seat is fully adjustable, as are the arms and the foot rest. I spend hours in the chair working and it is very comfortable. Great product.
