I had to reinstall the product three times to make it work and even then it seems to be a little "iffy". Previous versions worked much better.

Ask for help in picking out a product to use, and no one would help - this was not the product I needed. When I ask for help they showed me where there were programs and said I would have to look. No help and I chose wrong for my needs
