            before purchase checked product description which stated mac and pc compatible. description did not mention that you have to reformat the hard drive every time you switch between a pc and mac. bought a seagate which does not require reformatting

              wow I plugged it in like it was a flash drive, and it ate everything I fed it. I had watched a demo on youtube and thought there was more to it than this. It auto installed and almost said feed me. I thought my yellow lab was good at eating just about anything. This thing took a mass of information and consumed it so fast, I didn't realy believe it took it all. I went deep into it and it's all there. With products like this and this ease of purchase and usage, I'm afraid your going to have a hard time getting rid of me as a customer. Thanks Staples. What a great product!
