It came with a free trial (6 months) with my new ASUS netbook, and I had no problems with it, so I bought it when Staples offered it with a 100% rebate. I had trouble installing it when I tried to update the trial version, because the trial product was "Antivirus" and what I bought was "Internet Security." I called the Trend Micro help line and the issue was solved easily and quickly by a competent customer service rep/technician. It does regular scans and shows me the problems/threats that it finds (if any), even lists the cookies it removes. It's almost as good as Norton, which I run on my laptop.

I have used Trend Micro for several years, and have been very satisfied. TM works quietly in the background, and has intercepted every virus and web threat before it was able to harm my computer.
