I thoroughly read the Q & A, product specs, description, and reviews, and I am still deeply dismayed at this chintzy, poorly designed note cards-and-envelope set. I've purchased better blank thank you/announcement/invitation cards in dollar stores.

Sure, the paper (65 lb. "card stock" -- that's index card weight if you don't speak paper) will pass through your printer, but WHO WILL CARE? Aside from the obvious detriments of the product's box filled with paper dust & trimmings, the worn and dirty card edges, and the mismatched and lightweight envelopes, the "embossing" might've been done by a child, it is so poorly executed and indiscernible. Send this to a client or a prospect and you'll fizzle, not dazzle.

I like "cheap" and a good value, too, but I would've happily purchased ten high quality, elegant cards at the same price, to professionally and elegantly convey personal regards to current and potential clients.

I've learned my lesson and this is going back to Staples, pronto!

A little smaller than I realized - best to take a measurement before ordering on line. They are still very nice.
