Compared to the other seat I was looking at, the length of the seat on this chair is longer which gives more support under the thighs. I have bought 2 chairs so far and the 2nd one did not come with instructions--it is a good thing that I already did the first one and it is very easy to put together--a lot faster with 2 people.
