This chair is not that great. If I could, I would like to return it. The backrest is not high enough to support my shoulders and upper back. The chair does NOT have enough padding as shown in the advertised picture. It needs more padding on the bottom and on the backrest. Lumbar support is not that great. Again, it needs more padding in that area too. NOT the best chair in the world.

I bought this to replace my home office computer desk chair which broke after 10+ years.

The box the chair came in had some "smushed" bugs in thbetween the flaps, and smelled strongly of bug spray, so I left it in the garage for a couple of hours to air out (thank goodness we had a beautiful day today)!

It went together easily. The only issue was step #5, which wasn't very clear, but the accompanying diagram cleared up the confusion re which screws to use where. Except for one screw that is supposed to go into the rear holes of the seat plate (and doesn't appear to have anything to "catch onto" or screw into), everything assembled easily enough. Since it is Saturday, I plan on calling the company on Monday to see if they can either send me a replacement bottom or a replacement screw...

While some people seem to complain about padding being too thin, I find it to be much more padded than the old chair it is replacing. While I hate to admit it, I'm 250+ pounds, and I seem to find the chair padding comfortable.

All in all, it is a good, sturdy, and comfortable chair, and I will likely purchase another for my mom's computer desk.

I love my chair it is so comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. The chair came with easy to follow assembly instructions and only took about 20 minutes to put together.
