    I tried pruning some wild bushes in the back yard and was happy with the results.

    On pro side the bladed are 1.5 inch and so cut even thicker twigs.

    On con side, I looked at the point where wooden handles connect to metallic scissors and see it is tightly hold by plastic knobs. I would have preferred a metallic ring for durability. I may be wrong though (plastic may be better than metal).
