      I purchased these for use on a black dry erase board. I had been using a Neon dry erase marker on the board but those were drying out quickly, the tip was becoming worn down & writing very thick. I wanted something to write cleanly, legibly & be easily seen from across the room. This product has given me all of these. I have only had them a few weeks so I cannot speak to how long they will last but to date they are a great product that I will come back to again.

        it says this product can be used on chalkboards; however, can it be used on walls that have been painted with the chalkboard paint?

          Yes you may this product washes off with water. So not permanent and can be used on similar surfaces.
