Bought at Staples to replace older 5.6 GHz uniden 2-line model which wore out after 5 years. Much less static interference with DECT 6.0 and much better speaker unit. Older 5.6 GHz model had complaints from business partners on the other end of the line that my voice was "going in and out" on the speaker. They immediately commented on the improvement with the newer DECT 6.0 model. Nice [improved] functionality for caller ID and phone book, which had been a source of frustration on the older model, as well as nice functionality on answering machine, although only niggling complaint could use some additional ringer options [number of rings before answering machine picks up] otherwise, happy customer so far. I use with 2 additional handsets for my staff in another part of the building, and they immediately commented on improved reception and quality over the older Uniden unit.

Can't easily see if answering machine is on.
Caller ID shows all numbers - then you have to look to see if it's line 1 or 2.
Don't know if sound quality is good because I won't use it since it's too complicated to choose line 1 or 2.

Bought it because my old Uniden cordless got damaged. This unit looks nicer and is easy to use, only complaint is unless you put this phone back on the charge cradle every time, the battery will go dead within 4 hours. Had to return it.

they lasted about 6 months, then had problems crossing lines and interrupting when picking up the second line. very frustrating. I'll be sending these back to the manufacturer for sure.

I dont like the way you need to answer all the questions just to get voice email. Also it takes many steps to delete a caller ID, and you have to do it twice, once on the base unit and then aging on the hand set. When the phone rings yoy have to select the line before you answer it. For the $, its no good.
