    Where do I purchase the bulbs for this lamp? Do you have an item number or model number for it?

      A:

      The 13 Watt light bulb is available at most hardware stores. There area few brands: one would be made by GE and the model number is 14583. Unfortunately, we do not carry it on staples.com.
