Q: I seem to having a problem with the battery indicator area. It's seems to stay white, which to me means the battery needs charging. I've had the terminal plugged up for two days. I tested it with a credit card and it processed fine. My fear is that the battery will die and I'll not know it until it's too late. The width is correct but the diameter is too large to fit in the compartment. Staples does not carry the correct paper. The diameter of the rolls is not always specified when buying paper but you can tell by the length. For the Nurit 8020, the length must be no more than 50' to fit. (Item 472872 is 85' long.)
