We have had our sign for only 6 months and the red letters are all faded. From the very beginning the sign did not move up and down very smoothly, it would not go all the way up. Not all of the suction cups would stick to the window, we had to tape the sign to the window so it wouldn't fall down. We liked the look of the sign and the convenience of adding our own message but the one they sent us was junk. Very disappointed in this product.

The sliding portion which holds the letters deteriorates qucker than the rest. The sun makes it brittle & breaks when slding it up or down. Would like to buy the replacement of that portion rather than having to purchase an entire sign

Easy to assemble lite weight to stay on windows w/plenty of #'s & letters perfect for our operation.

This sign looks nice from a distance but up close the cheap materials are obvious. The sign kept falling on the floor, so we are sending it back.
