    Does this monitor have an anti-glare screen and what does full HD mean? Will the picutre still be shown as wide with no lines or gaps on the sides? Thank you.

      Backlit LCD displays like this are resistant to glare. You can buy a clip on anti-glare screen if you need. Full HD means 1920x1080 1080p resolution, like a Blu Ray disc. Monitors auto adjust to fill the screen, so there are no lines or gaps at lesser resolutions.
