    This is a great product and I purchase it every year because I need the w-2 forms and the w-3 transmittal forms but I have only two employees. I am hopingthat by my writing this review that the company that puts together these packages will consider making smaller pakage sizes with lower prices for people like me who have 10 employees or less. All this is a great product and very user friendly. The tax helper cd that comes with this product is a very very big help. Hope you will consider my suggestion as I am sure I am not he only one who feels this way.

          this tax kit had everything a small business needed from the program disk to the W-2 forms to the social security reporting forms. The convience of being able to get these forms at the Staples while shopping for other items makes thia a win-win. The forms are accurate and easy to use. They load into a printer and with the program disk can make doing the year end taxes a much easier job. The addition of the social security administration form W-3 is a great reminder to the once a year filer that the form has to be filed.

                    If I need to e-file more than three W-3 forms, do I need to buy another software kit? Or can I just buy the 10-pack of additional W-3 forms and e-file all of them?

                      This products is for generating hard copy W-2 forms, not for electronically filing W-3 forms. You can use this for creating employee forms W-2 and file them with the IRS electronically. Additionally you can purchase paper W-3 forms to complete and file them electronically to the IRS also. You can get detailed instructions at http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/iw2w3.pdf.

                    We purchased the 2011 version of w-2 and 1099misc last year with the software kit. The w-2 kit had the program for the 1099misc last year therefore we only needed the forms for 1099misc not the complete kit. My questions are: 1)Can the 2011 software do 2012 w-2 and 1099misc if we purchase the 2012 forms only? 2)If not, does the new software kit with the w-2s have the information for 1099misc?
