Pretty Cool

Comments about Wacom Bamboo Capture Pen and Touch Tablet:

I have had a lot of fun with this. Sure it's the budget model from Wacom so it's not as fancy as the super expensive ones but it's still great fun for photo editting. Plus, you get free software which is pretty sweet.

A GREAT STARTING PEN AND TOUCH TABLET

Comments about Wacom Bamboo Capture Pen and Touch Tablet:

After connecting the tablet to the USB port, I took the tutorial. Easy enough, so far the pen option works great ! See the drawing and the animation at my blog:opinions.raviloombaonsale.com.

I have tried AutoDesk Sketchbook Express and Animator and both seem to work fine. There was not much of a learning curve. I plan to try Photoshop soon!

Cons:
WIth the touch option, the two finger gestures seemed to confuse the application during the tutorial. The cursor would not respond. I have wondered if the touchpad on the laptop and that on this tablet get mixed up. I will try more during the coming weeks.

I wish the price would have been a little lower , for example, half of what I paid.

You won't get a Bamboo Create

Comments about Wacom Bamboo Capture Pen and Touch Tablet:

You will instead receive a Bamboo Capture, which is still a fine tablet, at a fairly reasonable price. The Bamboo Create is twice the size and generally retails for twice as much. So don't buy this thinking you are getting an amazing deal on a Create.
