The medium Intuos5 tablet is the most popular and versatile choice among creative professionals. With 48.5 square inches of working area, this tablet provides ample workspace for most tablet users. The medium size is built with eight ExpressKeys and illuminated displays that provide easy reference to your assigned functions.
Whether you're a design student, an aspiring photographer, or a graphics professional, this medium-size Wacom PTH650 Intuos 5 tablet lets you bring your creative vision to life. Draw, design, retouch, or edit anything on your computer with the stroke of a pen or a swipe of your finger. You can even use your Wacom tablet to work with multiple displays.
The 48.5-inch tablet surface gives you plenty of room to draw without taking up your entire desk or table space. It's ergonomically designed to let you use it with either hand. You can also easily slip it into your computer bag and take it with you when you need to do design work on-site.
Your Wacom tablet comes with a pressure-sensitive pen equipped with the sensitive Wacom Tip Sensor, so you'll be able to precisely control the lines you produce. The pen features 2,048 levels of pen pressure sensitivity and recognizes when the pen is tilted, so it can simulate multiple brush, pen, and marker styles. It comes with a stand and ten replacement nibs, including specialty nibs such as hard felt nibs, a stroke nib, and a flex nib.
The re-engineered surface is designed to ensure you'll get consistent strokes no matter how long you use it. Eight ExpressKeys provide instant access to frequently used shortcuts, which saves you time by optimizing your workflow.
The sensitive surface lets you swipe, slide, scroll, and more using standard multi-touch gestures. Use the tablet's Touch Ring to control up to four customized functions, such as changing brush size or zooming.

This was a gift for Christmas and haven't been able to use it till now. The downloading of software was a little much and I haven't used it a bunch, but I do like what I have done.
