I bought this as an extra refill for my Waterman Phileas. Thinking that the pen itself was quite pricey and that the company Waterman has been around for over a century and a half, I expected much more than what I got. Any pen that can use this refill can use other (cheaper) refills like the Pilot G-2, Uniball Signo, or Zebra gel refills. Those are much higher in quality and a cheaper price than this. I wouldn't waste my money on this again.

I go back to the days when people wrote cursive and used a fountain pen with a bladder. The throw away ball point pens do not provide the same results.
