I bought this as an extra refill for my Waterman Phileas. Thinking that the pen itself was quite pricey and that the company Waterman has been around for over a century and a half, I expected much more than what I got. Any pen that can use this refill can use other (cheaper) refills like the Pilot G-2, Uniball Signo, or Zebra gel refills. Those are much higher in quality and a cheaper price than this. I wouldn't waste my money on this again.

Waterman's are always great. Consider also retro 51 and maybe Lamy stock. Those are also great pens and maybe even less expensive

The pen was a gift. I needed a refill and when comparing the two I thought it was the same. However, the tip length was slightly shorter and it barely is out of the tip of the pen. It's better than nothing cause I don't know where to get a refill for this pen that the brand only says Tiffany.
