Rating a garbage bag - well, I hate plastic and only use this at work, but I find it to be nice having some recycle content to it. It does not tear or split, which is nice. I asked our janitor, as long as there wasn't any 'wet' garbage in the bag, to reuse it in the waste receptacle, and it holds up just fine. We reuse a bag maybe 5 or 6 times until it is thrown out. The bag holds up nicely.
