Good Case, but this one was defective

This is a good case, my first one lasted 2 years of everyday use. This new one roke on my first use getting off the plane the handle pulled loose. It did not appear to have been screwed in. Must have been a manufacture defect, or was a returned unit I bought as new. Had to buy a new case on my trip and return this one once I was home. Very inconvienent, as the Staples in Chicago did not carry in stock.

This a great rolling case. Built well and lots of features. The only thing I wish it had was a expanding zippered section that would allow for more things to fit in it, for example my portable printer and storage for cables and adaptors.

Excellent product. It's versatile, like the Swiss Army knife Wenger manufactures. It's fashionable, yet durable; strong yet stylish. I wish there were a few more pockets, though, such as one in front to place an e-ticket, and perhaps another to hold a bottle of water. Otherwise, I'm quite satisfied.
