The ruler is on my desk for quick and easy small measurements. For example, I wanted to purchase a ring for myself and needed a 6" x 1/4" strip of paper for measuring my finger size. I just pick the ruler up off my desk, measure; that's it. For everyday use, it's a good aesthetic and practical.

Good overall ruler, woodgrain matches office decor. Ruler is a little soft, and will curl over time.

The dark background with the white writing is easier to read than alot of the other rulers. My son picked this one out and loves it, uses it for school and his drawing hobby.
