Perfect Size-Large, but not too!

I replaced my last Westcott Titanium with these because the last pair handle broke. Admittedly I tried to open one of those hard plastic packaging items. The soft handle area was not supported by the hard area and it came away from the rest of the scissors. This pair, the hard surrounds the soft, so you get both comfort and stability. Looks like a winner to me!

Thumb part broke. Obviously not constructed with metal. Feels as though thumb portion is made out of plastic only - very flimsy.

I have owned several pairs and have had a poor experience with all pairs. The look sharp but fail to cut well within months. They come apart and are otherwise poorly constructed. They look good, but that's not very useful.
