THE BEST SCISSORS EVER!

I tried using one of the 8 pairs of scissors around my house to cut different items that needed cutting. I could never find a decent pair. I purchased these scissors based, pretty much, on the reviews. These scissors have precision blades and they are sharp, really sharp indeed. When you first use them, you will notice the cushioned grips; they are very comfortable. The scissors might be a little stiff, but the stiffness should leave after a period of use. You probably have never used a pair of scissors like these. Give these Westcott scissors a try; you will not be disappointed.

I use scissors to cut fiberglass rope which tends to dull the scissors over a short period of time. They worked great when I bought them. But I didn't feel that they lasted any longer then the cheaper stainless blade scissors that I bought. So since I can get some $3.00 scissors and they seem to last about as long it's not worth the extra money. Cutting fiberglass rope probably is a special challenge many don't face. But in my case it wasn't worth the extra dough.

We will be returning these scissors since both of the tips are bent and catching when we try to use them. Very stiff and sticky to use.
