I coupon and lots of time scissors end up hurting my thumb after using them for a while, this totally eliminates the problem. It took a little bit to get used to and had to adjust the tension until they were broke in, now I want more of them. I keep them handy in several locations in the house. The only downside I have is that the locking clip broke because someone tried to use them and didn't know to unlock them and now I cannot store them in the shut position. But I still love them!

I had great hopes-but alas, outsourced item looks like it might be junk. I returned the first pair, and the store didn't stock, so I went back online to check out another pair, after getting a refund. I will let you know if the delivered pair were a fluke, or just junk. I hope for the best, because if they DO have substance, then they are well worth the $$$. No recommendations until they are proven.
