    The product itself does a good job. I wanted to transfer files from a MAC to a PC, so the set up was not straight forward. I was glad to see they offered tech support for initial setup, however they were not able to assist me. This was a bit puzzling. Once I looked online and saw the problem I was having, the set up ended being easy.

          I gave this to my sister and it changed the settings in her computer so she could not find her saved word docs. We are still having trouble and will be calling the tech service or taking it in to the local Staples.

              overall this worked very well. It was more than enough space to store pictures from a previous computer. The only oncfusing thing was it asked for a driver to be installed, but just bypassed and it worked fine.
