Teck support poor had to wait 20 min. then told me he would get back to me within 1 hour. I waited three hours and then left home. recieved call late in day ...poor english from teck support. many oportunities for impruvement.

My laptop has USB 3.0. Time spent in backup is pleasantly short. This external drive fits easily into my travel case. Cable (included) is appropriately short- no excess length to wind up. All-in-all a good buy.

I love to take pictures and I like looking at them but after taking ten years of digital photos I needed someplace safe to store them. Losing a favorite photo is horrible and you only have to lose your favorite photo one time to realize that you must have a proper back-up system. Not only did I get a great product, but it was on sale and, by using three Staples Ink Recycling coupons [$], this item was practically free! Now when I go on a trip and I want to share my photos with friends I don't have to lug my laptop along - just my "Passport" (Now I can get rid of all of those back up cds I have been keeping for the last 10 years!) Plus, I can hook up my Passport anytime and look at my photos. I think I made a GREAT DEAL!
