I stock up on office supply products during the summer to use in my classroom during the school year. I bought several pairs of these scissors last year. They held up all year, and the kids were eager to reach for them.

Of the four pair I bought, three work very well and cut easily. One pair is very difficult to open and close, even for an adult.

These were to use at my school. They are just the right size for my student's hands. The fact that they are pointed helps the student not think of themselves as "babies" when they are using these scissors. I teach middle school students and they really do NOT like to be thinking of themselves as kindergarden students or elementart school students. They are "big kids" now and they (in their opinions) do not want to use rounded point (baby) scrissors. It is all in their minds, but they have a right to think what they want.
I like the scrissors and so do they. THANKS.
