Beautiful, functional chair. Enjoying this chair immensely. I just wish there was more than one style of desk to go with it. I really don't care for the look of the desk or the fact that the desk has no drawers (albeit, one could purchase the corresponding file cabinet). The chair goes perfectly with a different desk I purchased. Besides the comfort of the chair I love the interesting side bars below the arms. I feel confident I will enjoy the Astoria desk chair for years to come and that it will hold up well.

Had to purchase all new furniture after Hurricane Sandy and did not have insurance on contents so I was on a limited budget. I purchased the desk, file cabinet, and printer stand/book shelf and was surprised how sturdy, easy to assmble, and beautiful they looked and how well they worked for me. I was hesitent to purhcase the chair because I needed to make sure it was comfortable and ergonomically correct. After sitting on it in the store several different times I decided to purchase it. Easy to put together and since using it on a regular basis it is a dream to sit in!

this chair has bonded leather which I am told is reconstituted leather bonded to other fabric! For the price I'm not sure it's worth it! The chair itself is really nice, very classy looking and blends well in a home office decor. It is also very comfortable but the "reconstituted" leather has me worried on how it will wear or if I'll get a sticky, sweaty butt once summer gets here. Assembly was really easy and they even included extra parts which was a surprise, plus a color pen to touch up any nicks or scratchs that may occur
