Staples shipped me a binder with a torn front cover. It isn't even a small rip. The front cover is ripped half way along the seam where it connects to the spine. This renders the binder useless.

This binder would have been perfect for the large document I have. I would have given it 5/5. But since staples ships out damaged products it gets a 1/5. I'll try to exchange it but my hopes are not high. How much you want to bet they ship me another damaged binder?

I use this product to organize things as they come. But using Avery's Plastic Dividers (i.e. Model Numbers 23080, and 23084) to sort archived documents does not allow for easy retrieval of information.

Maybe it's just me, but I've had a few troubles locating it when it's placed in dark locations due to its dark-black color.

I wish the former Wilson Jones Durable View 2 Inch White Hanging Binder was still available for order (Staples SKU: 518142). That item was a charm because of the way the pockets were designed to hold documents, it was bright in color, and the plastic view cover reflected light, thus resulting in it being easy handle to locate.

Great binder if you are only adding info at the beginning or end. One long straight rod hold paper, so if you need to repalce or add to center of book, it would be more difficult.
