Comments about Wilson Jones Raven® Vinyl-Guarded® Binder, 11" x 17", 8-1/4 Center, Light Blue:

We have 3 Standard 3 hole punches in the office, and none will work. The pins are 8 1/4" apart, not 8 1/2", plus the diameter of the pins are larger. Do you need to buy a special hole punch to use this binder?

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
