Missing Windows Mail Replacement

There was no replacement instructions for Windows Mail. I spent 3 LONG days trying to figure out how to retrieve my Vista emails from Windows Mail. I am still getting 3 errors pop up on the screen (Windows 7) every time I boot. I wonder how long this is going to take me to resolve.
This was not a good transition and I still have 1 more computer to go (Windows XP).

If you are using Windows XP, you definitely want to upgrade IF your hardware is compatible. Download the Windows 7 Upgrade Adviser from microsoft.com before buying. You will need 2gb of RAM memory. Don't be discouraged by the media. If upgrading from XP you do have to reinstall your programs but you'll have a nice clean drive and in the end, you'll have a much more stable computer that will probably be faster.
