Q: We just had this phone system installed. We also have (4) of the AT&T TL7610 headsets that we purchased this year in October. My question is using the splitter above can the headsets connect directly to the splitter to answer incoming calls on the lines? I also am not sure what the previous referenced answer meant regarding that you connect this directly to the phone and it splits the line from there into 4 lines using only 1 extension?? Asked on 12/6/2012 by Michael Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: No, they need to connect to a device before connecting to the headsets. You can connect the splitter to the phone line to split it is what it meant. You use one extension to connect to 4 different split lines. Answered on 12/7/2012 by Community Answer from None

Q: My office has 1 phone line. I need to connect the phone, fax machine and laptop to this 1 phone line. Will this device work? Asked on 12/26/2010 by Anson from New York, NY Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: If all three components that you would like to hook up contain a standard phone line, this would be a great choice. However, if your laptop is through a cable modem or wireless, you would not need to hook it up to you laptop. Most newer laptops already have wireless buit into them. If not, you could purchase a wireless adapter. If you need additional assistance or would like to place an order, please feel free to call us at 1-800-333-3330. Q: I have an office where there are now two desks. I need to split the signal coming into the jack to two different phones. Because the jack is programmed to have 5 lines coming into the phones a regular splitter won't work. Will this splitter connect to the jack and then allow two phones to share the same extension and pick up on any of the five lines on the phone? Q: I read the two questions you've already answered about this product. What I have is two different phone numbers that go into one line. I want a splitter so I can forward my business phone to my business cell while still being able to get faxes without having to come back and take the forward off. Can this splitter identify which is which, and if not do you have a product that does? Asked on 9/9/2010 by sunny in Satellite Beach, Fl Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: You probably already found your answer, but my 2 cents worth are: You program the number for calls to be forwarded, any fax rings will go to the home fax machine as usual. Do you have special ring from your phone company for your fax #? Usually a 1-3 buck charge per month for this feature. Well worth the price to sign up. Happy Dialing!
