Overpriced at Staples - I found it online priced $150 less.
Bought for speed and duplex scanning. It does scan quickly and clearly at 200dpi with no double-feeds, but it was impossible to get thinner papers to feed straight unless I scanned at 400dpi (much slower) or added a thicker plastic carrier sheet (which added time and made the scans a bit less crisp).
Included Paperport was ridiculously slow when trying to re-order pages in a large (>200 page) document. It was faster to re-sort the paper and rescan.

Overall, the scanner worked well for heavier paper documents, but for receipts or thinner documents you need to prepare the pages (add cover sleeves or backer sheets and scan at slower speeds) to get good results. Also break up large documents into smaller chunks for processing.

For my purposes, my flatbed scanner gets better results.

Returned.

This scanner has saved me countless hours of getting up from my desk to go run copies, I scan everything now. It is super fast and small enough to not take up too much space on your desktop. I have had absolutely no trouble with it technically, it I somehow jam it, I just flip the on/off switch and it is ready to go again. Saves time, paper and I love it!

Quirky setup but, once installed works good. Note: don't open & close Paperport with each use just let program run all day and Paperport won't hang-up. We have ~ 10 xerox 152 scanners & I've setup everyone. After the first failure to follow directions exactly, haven't had much trouble!
