    I thought that Xerox had a good reputation & was excited to buy one of their small office products. This printer, though, is a complete & utter diaster. Every other page jams, including one that required us to start disassembling the back of the machine. We've had to take the toner cartridge out so many times that it's now broken, and we just bought it a couple of weeks ago. Add to that the automatic printer "tests" that seem to be an excuse to print wide swaths of black ink, thus using up the toner, and this one is a dog. Next time I'll be buying an HP or a Brother.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      This is a nice sturdy printer. It prints nice and sharp. It might hiccup at printing a very large file, but there is a workaround on the advanced button in the print dialog box if you look for it. Also if it jams it might come in handy to have a pair of needle nose pliers to work out the jam.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          You would need to purchase an additional Xerox Wireless Network Adapter, which is sold separately. I apologize, Staples does not regularly stock this adapter.
