Print quickly in black and white with this networkable multifunction laser printer. The printer can be used as a shared network resource when connected to a LAN or as an individual asset when connected directly to your computer with a USB cable. Once it's set up, you can use the unit as a printer, color scanner, and copier.

  • Multifunction Printing
    • The Xerox Phaser multifunction laser printer allows you to trade in a variety of office appliances for a single convenient unit. In addition to serving as a traditional black-and-white printer, the Phaser also faithfully copies documents or scans them into digital format. The printer is capable of producing up to thirty-five printed or copied pages a minute using black ink. To print color documents and photos, you'll need to upgrade to a color laser printer.
  • Networkable
    • The Xerox Phaser is fully networkable, allowing it to be used as a shared resource among multiple systems connected via a LAN. The printer can connect to your existing network wirelessly or with an Ethernet port. Once it's connected, print jobs can be directed to it from any other system with access to the network.
  • Advanced Productivity Features
    • The Phaser is equipped with several advanced productivity enhancements to increase its overall functionality. These enhancements include book copying, email alerts for issues or print job completions, job queuing to allow multiple print jobs to be sent at once, analyzing software to track printer usage and predict supply replacement times, and a watermarking capability for identification purposes.
