Network Ready

It is important that the printer you invest in is network ready, especially if it's being used in a busy office environment. This model is compatible with either a USB 2.0 or an Ethernet connection. It sets up quickly, regardless of the number of computers that share it.

High Output

This Xerox printer boasts a monthly duty cycle of up to 275,000 pages. In other words, you can print 9,166 pages per day and not be concerned about damaging the machine. The printer features a paper tray that holds 650 pages and automatic duplexing capabilities that allow you to print on both sides of the paper. The image overwrite option saves even more paper by removing unnecessary data from the printer memory before the printing process begins.

Security and Ease of Use

The Phaser is equipped with a security feature, which holds sensitive print jobs in queue until the person in charge of overseeing the project releases it. The device manager has been put into place to assist you improve purchasing decisions, understand ink usage levels, and resolve maintenance or technical issues.
