The Xerox Phaser 6700n is a compact color laser printer with plenty of advanced features that make it easy to use. It gives you crisp color and black-and-white image and text reproduction at fast speeds, and it is ideal for an entire business or a large workgroup.

Convenient

You can connect the Xerox Phaser 6700n to a single computer via its USB port, or you can connect it to your Ethernet network. It is compatible with Windows, Macintosh, and Linux operating systems, as well as with Oracle, Novell NetWare, and other network and server platforms. With a maximum capacity of 700 sheets of paper, it prints documents up to 500 pages long.

Fast and Crisp

This printer prints up to forty-seven color or black-and-white pages per minute. It takes only 8 seconds to print its first color page and 7 seconds to print its first black-and-white page. The maximum print resolution of this powerful printer is 2400 x 1200 dots per inch.

Advanced Features

The Xerox 6700n features a 1.25-gigahertz processor and 1 gigabyte of memory (expandable to 2 gigabytes). It includes Adobe PostScript 3 and PCL 6/PCL 5c emulation. It can print on paper up to 8.5 inches x 14 inches, and it offers 256-bit encryption and a secure print feature that lets users control private print jobs.

Robust and Reliable

This printer has a monthly duty cycle of 120,000 pages, and it includes a one-year on-site warranty. You can rely on it as the main printer for your office, or you can use it along with an all-in-one printer such as the Xerox Phaser 3635MFP-X laser multifunction printer for easy access to a scanner and copier along with advanced print functions.
