Nice little machine, small footprint, attractive design. Scans, copies and prints very well. I'm really happy with this all-in-one and it's nice that it has the Xerox name behind it. Two minor drawbacks are 1) First copy out is a little slow (but I suppose this is the trade-off for the energy-efficient function,) and 2) the single-feed slot does not align the paper perfectly--it is always skewed a little to one side or another. Otherwise, I love this little all-in-one

What a bad machine. No instruction manual whatsoever so if you are having problems - there's nothing to refer to. We bought this on 2/28/12 and it continually paper jammed with ever fax we have tried to send. You have to stand and watch each page try and go through before it jams and continually try and re-fax over and over. After going through 1 day of business faxes - we couldn't stand it any more. It's going back today 2/29/12.
