    I use this laminator at work. It is easy to use, everyone has been pleased with the quality of the laminate and the durability.

    The only thing I don't like about it, it is plastic so if it breaks, there may not be a way to fix it. I knocked mine off and broke the handle that you hold to turn the laminate and since it is plastic, naturally it broke. It is still usable but aggravating. I am going to try and fix me one out of wood because the machine still works great.

    I would definitely buy this product again, in fact, I did buy the little one that works great for business cards. It is model LX-570.

    Won't Leave You Cold

    Works well for cold laminating - I prefer the heat method as it seems to work best. This is difficult to get started as it wants to wrinkle in the beginning.

      I bought this laminator because I figured I couldn't go wrong with a hand-crank machine. The refill cartridges are super easy to replace ... I'm not always good with replacing parts and stuff, so I was amazed at how little effort this actually took. You just remove the old one and drop the new one in. It's really that simple!

            The laminating film is good at sticking to paper being laminated. However I cut the film to have a short seam around the paper that I laminated and this cutting leaves a sticky residue on my scissors. The residue washes off with warm water and soap, but it's a little annoying to have to do this every time I laminate something.

                The Xyron 9 cartridge comes in at 9 inches and the laminator itself that is in question also comes in at 9 inches so it would work very well together.
