many many pieces - not the easiest to assemble, but good construction and looks really nice.

I am very disappointed. I thought spending more money for a quality product would provide assurance. Unfortunately, the company's quality assurance didn't check all the pieces. In addition, one visible part was scratched. I was going to overlook the scratch, but when I discoverd the missing parts - it's just not possible. I wasted a lot of my time and got no results. It's just not worth it for me.... Think I'll just return this filing cabinet back to Staples & get my money returned. Too bad I used a coupon, now I lost out on that too.

Unless you are very handy, have someone to help you, and have spare screws & a power screwdriver, I would not buy this & try to assemble it. It took my husband, with my assistance, SEVERAL hours, and even then some of the the 'locking screws' WOULD NOT LOCK/STAY LOCKED,so we had to add our own long screws to keep all the panels together. That didn't help the look.

I have probably assembled 9-10 filing cabiets from staples over the past 10 years. This by far is the worst. I assembled it no problem and then when I filled the drawers with standard files., the bottom drawer caught on the lower lip and you had to lift the drawer to close it. Then the divider between top and bottom drawer came apart despite the metal turn screws and wooden dowls which were screwed in. The top drawer also caught as well. The slide bearings are so cheap it's not funny, when I slide the drawer in it caught and out tumbled a bunch of ball bearings. So I attempted to fix all three problems and relocated the slides up, tried to put the bearings back, etc and it basically would fix correctly. Nice design, but really poor engineering and craftsmanship. [*] I basically wasted [$].

Would be nice to be able to have legal and letter size hanging files in the same drawer. With the metal bars provided, this is not possible
