This is a quality product. I actually bought the floor model and I do not regret it. It is made of quality wood and looks very well in my living room and holds most of my books.

These bookcases are fine and were easy enough to put together. But they smell moldy as if they were sitting in a damp warehouse or cargo container for years! The odor is slowly going away but it has been almost a month now...and that mildew smell still lingers...

wish the store would have had another one of the
bookcases, sure could use another one for the price. I was very surprised at the quality and how simple it was to assemble. I will be checking the store to see if they received any more in stock. Very rarely will you find a bookcase made so well and solid and not made of thin cardboard for a backing. It was so easy to put together that I had it all done before my husband realized that it needed to be assembled. All pieces of furniture should be so easy..Thanks

Due to changes at the office, several of us had to move to home offices. I was overwhelmed trying to incorporate work materials into my home office. I really needed additional storage space--where things would remain easily accessible, and yet look attractive (since it is part of my home). I knew as soon as I saw this bookcase and its companion five-shelf bookcase, that I had found my solution. It's great.
