The manual was a little confusing when it came to the legs. Although it was allot easier to put together than most press wood desks. I didn't use the monitor shelf as to me it felt a little flimsy if the desk was knocked into I didn't want my monitor flying off the back. Other than that its very stylish looking and has a good sturdy feel. Love the glass and steel look.

I like a clean neat desk. but needed room for paper work for tax season and regular billing days. Worked great for me and got all the stuff I had laying on the floor and around me in easy to reach and logical order.

This desk fits very nicely in my daughter's room and gives her plenty of writing space. Downside - the criss-cross at the back of the desk was difficult to assemble. Two of the screwholes were too small for the screws forcing us to make adjustments. Otherwise she enjoys the piece.

By just using common scence it assembled easy after I took the parts letters off
