I just set this up in my office. It looks good and it's sturdy. It only took me about 30 minutes to set up, and I am not particularly handy. All I needed was a small desk to hold my monitor, keyboard and mouse, and this did the trick.

Put it together in about 20 minutes by myself. Only needed a screwdriver for the slide out drawer, included allen wrench did the rest. The weight limit is stated on it at 125 lbs which is more than enough for my needs to hold a printer and laptop. Looks great - modern glass and metal design. Doesn't take up a lot of room.

Cons - it is a little heavier than I anticipated so I won't be moving it around a lot, but that is why it feels so sturdy. Also, a little higher than I am used to, but I am not very tall. Most people won't find this a problem.

Great desk for the price.

I'm using the desk as the smaller part of an 'L' shaped workstation with two computers and two monitors, like, a corner desk. The longer desk holds the computers and one flat screen display and keyboard/mouse; this smaller desk holds a flat screen monitor and keyboard/mouse.The desk and keyboard shelf are sturdy and elegant; I like the 'openness' of it.The overall design is very good, but the execution is a little bit shoddy. The glass top is a little too high for me; I wear bifocals and have to look up at the monitor. The welds are low quality; I'm a mechanic/engineer. The styrafoam packing not custom made for this desk; it's just flat pieces cut to fit. The one other glass/metal desk that I've purchased had custom molded styrafoam; every piece had it's place. The nuts and bolts were organized and shrink wrapped onto a piece of cardboard. This desk's hardware was contained in a partitioned baggie. Flames go here: (..............)

I bought this for a child with a laptop that had outgrown her toddler desk, which was in my home office. So I needed something aesthetically pleasing that would blend in well with the rest of my office furniture and that was economical.

The rest of my office was frosted green glass topped steel. And I needed something relatively compact. It has worked well for that purpose so far and looks almost like the rest of my office albeit a little more of a clear top. It isn't too large, too wide or too tall. My daughter is 42 inches and uses a normal adult-sized computer chair with a pillow filling the gap behind her.

Seems sturdy so far. Easy to assemble. No tools necessary for assembly was all allen wrench (included) screws, even for the glass top.

We shall see how it stands the test of time.
