The Good: The pen is great for everyday use, even for extended periods, it does the job in a very comfortable manner, lightweight,retractable, not bulky, great to be used for note taking,the kind of gel it uses for ink glides over paper, pretty good grip. Mechanically I have not found any ussues with the product. The room for improvement: So far I have not been able to find in shelf a replacement for the black refill, nor a blue one which would be a great addition for business use. Overall: A great product and a great purchase for the price. I would definitely buy this product again and would recommend this product to friends and fellow workers.

I've loved the Zebra design for a long time! Very easy to hold and write with, maybe because my hands are small. I don't like big, clunky pens. I was hoping on better performance with the gel. If you cover a page with text, you can't flip it over and write on the back side of the paper because the gel ink imprints on whatever is under it. Also, I wasn't impressed with the flow of ink. I'm probably going back to my Zebra standard ball-point pens and my Sharpie, fine pens. Bottom line, I'll still highly recommend Zebra, which I've had for years, but not the gel.

Nice pen but runs out of ink very quickly. Refills, although fairly reasonably priced, are no better. I attend a lot of meetings, take a lot of notes, and this pen rarely makes it through a full week on one ink core.

      I was looking for a lightweight pen that is comfortable in my old arthritic fingers and this one is great. I am very particular about pens and the only negative I found was the clip was tight and didn't clip easily onto a pocket inside my purse. Most people probably wouldn't have a problem with that. I would still recommend it to anyone.
